🎃 Get Ready for a Spooktacular Showdown at the 2025 Oregon Trail Boo Bash! 🥎

Join us October 25–26, 2025 in Gering, Nebraska for the Oregon Trail Boo Bash — where teams from across Nebraska, Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota come together for thrills, chills, and 4 guaranteed games of fierce competition and festive fun! With divisions for 10U, 12U, and 14U, this Halloween-themed tournament features costume contests, trophies for 1st and 2nd place teams, and prizes for the best-dressed ghouls and goblins. Costumes are encouraged — softball has never been this spooky! 👻🧟‍♀️🧙‍♂️

Divisions: 10U through 14U
Format: 3 Game Guarantee – Pool play + single elimination bracket

Game Length – 75 Minutes, and the clock begins at the coin flip.
No new inning will start past 70 minutes.
Innings will complete after time expires, no drop-dead time. (Exception is 10U if team is down by more than 5 runs).
All Umpire decisions are final, no protests.
May bat entire lineup.
Run Rule – 12 Runs after 3 innings, 10 runs after 4 innings, 8 runs after 5.
10U Only – 5 runs per inning, with continuation. If 4 runs have crossed home, and a ball is put in play, all runs that cross the plate before the play is stopped will count.
Home Team is the official scorekeeper, determined by coin flip. Scores must be texted to 904.562.0972 immediately following game completion.
Bracket play seeding will be determined by pool play standings, higher seeded team will be HOME team.
Scores will be posted immediately following score reporting via TourneyMachine.
Pool Play games can end in a tie.
Tie Breakers will be; 1) Win/Loss record, 2) Head-to-Head, 3) Runs Allowed 4) Runs Differential, 5) Runs Scored.
Dropped Third strike and stealing home are in play.
Awards for champion and runner-up in each age division, and best costume!
